By accessing or using InkColorNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Service

You may browse our coloring books, download free pages for personal use, and color online. Commercial redistribution of our artwork is not permitted without written permission.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account.

4. User Content

When you publish artwork to the public Gallery, you grant InkColorNest a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You retain ownership of your creations.

5. Purchases

All sales of digital and physical books are subject to our refund policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

InkColorNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
